Guess Who's Back!?
I am very excited to be returning to Brechin Public School as the Teacher Librarian for a second year! This is an amazing school to be apart of and I cannot wait to get started. We have a lot of exciting things happening in our Library this Fall to help raise money to support our students and their love of reading! Our fall scholastic book fair will start on Meet the Teacher night on September 26 and end Oct 3. There will be a debit machine again this year and lots of great book choices! Be sure to come out on Sept 26 to take a look or send your child with money to purchase during their Media class. Books range from $2.50 - $30! Our second fundraiser is the Indigo Adopt a School program happening September 15th - Oct 7th. There are three ways that our community can support our school online at adoptaschool.indigo.ca: 1. Book Bonus : For every two books you donate to our school online, the Love of Reading Foundation will donate a bonus book, up to 100 books!* 2.
